Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other local fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Unfortunately, we currently don’t accept customer-provided shoes. Shipping costs, longer transit times, and the risk of packages being lost or damaged make this difficult to offer reliably.

Instead, we provide the shoes ourselves so we can manage the entire customization process from start to finish.

Pricing depends on the complexity and details of your design. Once you submit your ideas and reference images, we’ll review your request and provide a quote based on the work required.

Submitting a custom request does not require payment or commit you to placing an order.
