KicksInk is a custom hand-painted footwear brand based in Vietnam, selling worldwide. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Products & Custom Orders

All KicksInk products are hand-painted and made-to-order. Because each pair is crafted individually based on your specifications, there may be minor variations in color, brushstroke, and finish compared to product photos. These variations are a natural characteristic of hand-painted artwork and are not considered defects.

Product images on our website are for reference purposes only. The final result may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet started.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). KicksInk reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price displayed at the time of your order will be honored.

We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, graphics, photographs, and content on kicksink.com are the exclusive intellectual property of KicksInk. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our designs or content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. This includes but is not limited to replicating our hand-painted designs for resale, using our product photography for third-party listings, or reproducing our brand assets in any form.

Custom designs created by KicksInk for your order remain the creative property of KicksInk. We reserve the right to use photos of completed custom orders for marketing and portfolio purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise at the time of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

KicksInk shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to delays in shipping, customs issues, or carrier-related losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.

KicksInk is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, care, or storage of the product after delivery.

7. Accuracy of Information

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our website at any time without prior notice, including pricing, product descriptions, and availability. KicksInk is not obligated to honor orders placed based on inaccurate information.
