Shipping Carriers & Origin
All orders are shipped from Vietnam via trusted international carriers, including USPS, UPS, and other international logistics partners depending on your destination.
Duties, Taxes & U.S. Customs Policy
The United States has recently eliminated the de minimis tax exemption for imported goods previously valued under $800. As a result, all imported orders shipped to the US are now subject to customs duties and applicable taxes. We sincerely apologize if this change affects your order — this situation is entirely outside of our control, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
That said, please shop with confidence. KicksInk ships worldwide on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning all import duties and customs fees are calculated and covered at the time of purchase. There are no surprise charges waiting for you at delivery.
However, depending on your country, you may still be required to pay local VAT (Value Added Tax) upon receipt, as this varies by jurisdiction and is outside our control.

Order Tracking
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Please note that tracking information may take 3–5 days to activate after the shipping confirmation is sent. If your tracking number does not show any updates within that timeframe, please wait a few more days before reaching out — this is normal and does not indicate an issue with your shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as lost in transit, or shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at [email protected] so we can discuss the best resolution together.
In most cases, we will remake and reship your order at no additional cost to you. We stand behind every pair we make and want to make sure your KicksInk shoes reach you.
Please note that KicksInk is not liable for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Always double-check your address before placing your order.
